SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Classy Clothing, we carefully pack every order and work with trusted courier partners to deliver your purchase safely across India.

1. SECURE & DISCREET PACKAGING

All orders are packed securely in high-quality, opaque packaging to protect your garments during transit.

The outer packaging does not display detailed product information. Your privacy and the safe delivery of your order are important to us.

2. DELIVERY TIME

We currently deliver across India.

• Bengaluru: Usually 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: Usually 6–7 business days after dispatch
• Delivery to certain remote locations may take a little longer.

Delivery timelines are calculated after your order has been processed and dispatched.

During sale periods, festivals, public holidays or periods of unusually high order volume, deliveries may take additional time.

3. FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE OF COST on all orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.

4. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we always do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer being unavailable at the time of delivery
• Courier service delays
• Weather conditions or natural events
• Public holidays or local disruptions
• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a courier attempts delivery but is unable to complete it because the customer is unavailable or the address/contact details are incorrect, additional delivery attempts may be subject to the courier partner's policies.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information wherever available so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Each order can be shipped to one delivery address.

Please carefully check your name, address, PIN code and contact number before completing your order. Classy Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

7. MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you place multiple orders within a short period, we may, where practical, combine them into a single shipment. This will not affect the products purchased or the total amount paid.

8. SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

We currently deliver within the territory of India only and do not ship internationally.

Delivery availability may vary for certain PIN codes depending on courier serviceability.

9. IMPORTANT NOTE

The delivery timelines mentioned above are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and circumstances during transit.
